What is a Digital Device?

A digital device is a physical unit of equipment that contains a computer or microcontroller.

It can create, generate, send, share, communicate, receive, store, display, or process information.

Examples of digital devices include smartphones, tablets, smartwatches, desktops, laptops, and servers. 

Digital devices are generally more portable in nature than computers.
